NETWORK ACCESS CONTROL (NAC)
Network Access Control (NAC) system consist of solutions designed to spread the security principles adopted by organizations across the entire network and prevent and restrict access of end users and systems violating these principles to the network.
By NAC, it is not only targeted to ensure access of users and systems adopting security policies and authorized for network access but also to improve the systems to be incorporated to the network and continually check improved systems.
When it is considered that attack surface extends as the number of devices and users accessing to the network increases, the requirement to discover and secure Network Access Control systems for the users and systems has arisen. NAC provides solutions satisfying these requirements by different methods prior/subsequent to network access.
When the users do not observe the determined policies, they can be included in a closed and isolated network where required improvements can be made via NAC.
